Hi all,
I can test my ui app on two real devices iPhone 5c and iPad mini.
UI Cloud allow me to test iPhone 4 & iPhone 5.

How to test the app UI for other iPhone models (iPhone 6 and iPhone 7)?

UI Cloud allow me to test iPhone 4 & iPhone 5.

There is also an iPad in the UI cloud.

The iPhone version is less important. Only the screen size is important. If it looks properly on all these devices and you tested it in the abstract designer for other sizes then it should be fine.
