Would it be possible for this to occur?

- User connects to a computer running the B4J-Bridge.
- New Menu: Designer >> Layout1.fxml >> Edit Layout (Remote) [Would only appear if the IDE is connected to the bridge.]
- If the user clicks the "Edit Layout (Remote)" button, then the fxml file is sent to the bridge host and the bridge opens the platform's version of the Fx Scene Builder. (The bridge would have to start a jShell process calling the Scene Builder app.)

This would be great for Virtual Machine users as running a graphics intensive app such as the Scene Builder in a VM is horrid.
