Project Technology: B4J Web App
Database: SQLite
Admin panel:
1-Login Page (username & password)
2- Add new forms:
2-1 Form title and description
2-2 Add questions (Plain text, Single Choice, Multiple Choices)
2-3 Forms expiration (from Date/time to Date/time)
2-4 Forms design (background color, font color)
2-5 Set if there is an answer session time limitation for example this form can only be answered within 30 minutes after that it will be expired and the user has to refresh the page or click on "refresh page" button to reset the session
3- Edit existing forms details
4- Delete existing forms
5- Duplicate a certain form to make the new forms creation easier
6- View forms answers
7- Export existing forms and their answers to Excel sheets
8- Dashboard (Reponses time, Users countries, Number of forms, Expired forms, most answered forms)
9-1 Dashboard can also be filtered by: 1-Date and time 2-Country 3-forms
10-Block certain country or IP (You use this feature to block certain person/country from viewing your surveys)
User web page:
1-Each form is generated using a unique URL for example: yourdomain.com/form/123
2-As soon as the user has opened the form page a timer in the background will start to register the response time for each form category/question
External page Generation:
The admin can generate the form page as : 1- Link (as mentioned above) 2- an Iframe that can be embedded in any website (to enable the users to answer the forms in any external website)
