I'm developing in Java7 .

You know tell me a TimePicker ?
Already use, as DatePicker , class JAnotherDatePicker , but the Time not ' implemented .

This library has a time picker: https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/35178/#content however it doesn't work properly with Java 8.
