B4J Question B4XBitmap: Initialize Method Missing?

Looking at B4XBitmap, it seems that B4XBitmap is missing the initialize method. Is this an error or was this done on purpose?

B4XBitmap is the result of a method in XUI Library.

Dim bmp As B4XBitmap = xui.LoadBitmap(...) 'or LoadBitmapResize(...)
