Android Question base45 green pass encoding

Good morning I should integrate the reading of the Italian green pass in my software, as per specifications, it is necessary to use a base45 encoding, as per the example on this link : https://www.lorenzomillucci.it/posts/2021/06/2021-06-28-ubuntu-decodificare-greenpass-covid-19/ now I have to insert the script in a B4A project, someone can help me . Through this post Chiacchiericci | Page 263 | B4X Programming Forum I was able to decode the compressed file now the library would be needed COSE, CBOR Object Signing and Encryption to proceed with the data conversion. Thank you.

as explained in the same thread, the verification has legal validity only if carried out with the official app

yes I understood it but the ministry of health made the sources available to make sure to make as many checks as possible even without the official app see here: https://github.com/ministero-salute

the ministry of health has made the source available because the privacy guarantor has requested that they can be viewed. so there is no doubt that personal data is recorded in some way. but the law decree obliges to carry out checks with the official app even in off-line.
