Wish BitmapCreator library missing FillRadialGradient

Hi Erel.
I am missing the FillRadialGradient routine in the BitmapCreator library.

By mistake v3.11 is included in the current beta instead of v3.20.

I've uploaded a new build (beta #1a) with the correct version of BitmapCreator. There is no other difference.
It is also attached.

Hi Erel,
I just noticed that in B4J version 6.30 it is also missing, library version 3.11.
In B4i, version 5.00, it's OK.

Make sure to copy it to the internal libraries folder.
