B4J Question BJPackager: trying to install on windows 7 a program built on windows 10

Hi, I'm trying to install on a PC with windows 7 a program built on a PC with windows 10 and when I have tried to run the program I got something like:

Unable to execute file:

CreateProcess failed; code2016.
This version of%1 is not compatible with the windows version you are executing. Check your system information to see if you need an x86 (32 bits) or x64 (64bits) version of the software.

I have to build the packager on every windows version (xp,7,8,10) or is more related on that the computer where the package was built is x64 and the PC where I want to install is x86??

No.

If you want to support 32 bit computers then you should use 32 bit JDK when you build the package.

Note that Java 11 is only compatible with 64 bit computers.
