Android Question BLE- including existing SDK for beacon

I'm a starter with B4A and have problems to talk to my beacons, type Jaalee.
There is an existing SDK foreseen. But I have no idea how to include it in a new B4A program. Can I find some information or can someone help me? I put some files in attach.
