iOS Question BLUETOOTH How can I know if "ON" or "OFF"

Hi, I am new in b4i and I need to use the iphone bluetooth, in the first time I want to know if the bluetooth is "ON" or "OFF". Someone can give me a light about that ?? thanks a lot !!!

The StateChanged is called after you initialize BLEManager. The State value will be the same as one of the STATE constants.
