Android Question Build an apps to print picture directly to printer over wifi

Hello everyone.
I'm newbie to using basic4android, but i'm very interesting to build an apps with b4a.
I want to make an apps to print picture directly from my android device to printer over wifi, using USB Print Server (example : TP Link USB Print Server, TL-PS110U)
But, i dont want to use Google Cloud Print Library, because, i want make an apps to print directly to printer using wifi (not over internet)
So, can i build that apps using basic4android?
