Now, it was a long time since I had an iPhone (first version, didn't like it, got an Android instead and never looked back), but back then, Apple really put some hurdles in the way of installing apps from anything but their app store. Basically, if it wasn't rooted, it couldn't be done.

B4i creates regular ipa files. If this store allows you to distribute apps out of the Apple store then it will work.
