Category "New Apps" @Google Play

Hello,

When i upload an app to the google shop, it do not appears in the "new apps" category any more. There is only one category called "New TOP".
But how get i my apps to this category, if no one can find it in the "new apps" category?
Does anyone have an answer?
How do you get your downloads, if your new apps do not appear in the "news" ?
