My favourite: Do it on your own. Play with views to learn. I assume it's not only about the UI, so you need to know how to handle the users on a server, MySql, FireBase notifications, etc. Browse the forum for that.

I agree.

In a ready-made model, any small change will become a problem.

I think good do a internet search for UI just for inspiration.
