Android Question classes.dex 5mb?

What exactly is in classes.dex? I have tried Clean Project but with every Release Obf compile classes.dex still comes out to >5mb, causing my APK to be ~2mb. My Files folder is ~300kb

Using B4a 5.20

Now I suspect it is caused by me using the Analytics v4 library, which requires google-play-services.jar (which is 5.4mb). Guess I should not use analytics then?


Edit: Confirmed, removed analytics and now app size is 366kb
