Android Question (Closed) my wallpaper question

Hello all.
Please tell me if a coded view (Label1) can be displayed above wallpaper that gets updated from a list, and the desktop widgets still be accessible? Or am I digging a rabbit hole?
The project works without Label1 over the wallpaper but something made me want to confirm if the List was counting in sequence.

No. The transparent activity will consume the touch events.
