Well, I'm a beginner aged 70 who has found a wonderful toy named b4a! Thank to all contributors, I'm doing things that 3 months ago were only a dream. Never too late.
I'm not so expert to talk about technical questions, I have only a suggestion, if not yet requested: having the the source code text formatted automatically like in VB, i.e, meaning variables written as declared, correct spacing an so on, in order to help searching.
Now I'm using this simple way
1) change the extension from b4a to bas
2) copy the sourcecode from globals to the end
3) paste it in a vb6 module
4) select all an copy
5) paste in b4a
Of course, an internal tool to format the text should be fine.
thankyou, many compliments and my gratitude to all developers that are sharing their knowhow.
Guglielmo
