A stupid question:
How i can use the combination CTRL + SPACE on the virtual machine by mac?

Note that you can also use Ctrl + \ (maybe it is simpler in this case).

The combination Ctrl +\ does not produce the desired effect.
The ctrl key is not recognized.
I use a MacBook Pro with vmware and windows xp professional.
