Bug? compile not possible after SDK Update

Hello,

i made today some updates with the SDK Manager after this i cant compile anything i get always this error:

Parsing code. 0.53
Compiling code. 0.33

ObfuscatorMap.txt file created in Objects folder.
Compiling layouts code. 0.06
Generating R file. 1.09
Compiling generated Java code. 2.79
Convert byte code - optimized dex. 8.13
Packaging files. 3.82
Copying libraries resources 1.29
Found 8 resource files.
Signing package file (private key) 2.82
ZipAlign file. Error
Cannot find:
Please configure paths (Tools - Configure Paths).

The Paths are all set to the right direction.
