Context Menu

How can I create and open a context menu like picture below? I've tried with AHQuickAction external library but this is not for me...

Looks like a List object to me. In the documentation you can find an example.

thanks for reply... but how can I create a dialog with a listview (with standard dialog behavior: close dialog on item click, back button or click outside of dialog)?
