I Create an apps for a client. Then I want to know how did you proceed.

Send apk file dirrectely to client and he post it to play store him self?

You ask him an acces to his play store?

Or you create a new account at play store for client?

Perhaps you have more hints to help me.
Or any advices

When I created apps that were for a specific client – not for public use. I bypassed the Play Store entirely. If Google Play sells the app they get a commission.

I emailed the APK, as an attachment (sometimes I had to put the APK within a zip file because some email servers don't like APKs), to the client. The client was able to access the email on his device and install the attachment after enabling unknown sources in Settings-Security.

Ask your client to grant you access to their Play Store account, they can create a profile just for support (you won't be able to see their credit card info, etc etc)
