Java Question Create Event B4A Compile to Library

Hi All,
When we write a wrapper we insert @Events

@Events(values={"onMessage(Success As String)"})

There is the same possibility even when we write libraries inside IDE B4A ?

Classes:
Event - Adds an event to the list of events. This attribute can be used multiple times. Note that the events list only affects the IDE events autocompletion feature.
