Android Question Crop image without intent

I need take a screenshot and crop taken image without intent like

(0,0,50%x,50%x)

any help ?

Which library should i add for use b4xbitmap?

To lazy to search by yourself? Additionally i showed the Documentation of the LIBRARY i am refering too.... The Libraryname is part of the Url. Even the Object inside this library.
