Android Question Debug Mode and LG Phone ?

I've been trying to run some tests using an LG phone and am having an issue.
I enabled developer mode on the phone.
I turned on USB debugging and have it connected to the PC with the USB cable.

ba4 tries to connect then says no device present.
I have restarted the ABD server from within the IDE a few times, unplugged and reconnected the phone a few times as well but continue to get the same results.

Using my tab4 it works fine but so far have been unable to connect using the phone.

Seems like the Tab4 prompted me the first time I connected to it in debug mode as to should it allow debugging from this device but I have saw no messages on the phone.

Am I missing something?

For now I have loaded the b4a bridge onto the phone and am using that.

Still would like to figure out why the USB debugging option is not working on this device.

Developer options are on
USB Debugging is Checked

When connected via USB I can browse the storage on the device from the pc

Still get a no devices connected message if I attempt to debug via USB from the IDE

For some devices, it is not automatic. Some devices require that you download the manufacturer device driver to your PC so you can use it for USB debugging. I would google:
LG mobile phone device driver
And see after you download the driver if you can do USB debugging.
Keep it Wild and Wonderful
