Wish Debug window calling line number

Hi Erel.
In the debug window the line number of a calling routine is not displayed (N/A).

Nouveau(main): 45 The program stopped at line 45, Sub Nouveau in module main.
Activity_Create (main): N/A Is the calling routine in module main, but no line number.
I remember in older versions it was displayed, but I don't remember when it was 'lost'.

It is related to an important optimization that can be disabled with:

#DebuggerDisableOptimizations: true

I plan to improve the stack tracking in the future to make it work with the optimizations as well.
