Wish Deploy Existing Build

It would be convenient to have additional options for compiling / running apps. One example would be an option to deploy the most recent build. That way all the process of compiling can be skipped if you are connecting a different device or emulator.

You can use BridgeCLI (https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/bridgecli-command-line-tool-for-b4a-bridge.76536/#content) or ADB to install the jar on other devices.

For me, it would be easier to click one button in the toolbar or press shortcut for Just installing the last built apk (skip the compilation step).
