In the designer there is the Files tab and it allows you to add multiple images etc.
A nice wish would be able to hover the mouse over the image for approx. 3 seconds and then a small thumbnail image to popup or even have the option to view this list of items as a thumbnail view or a list view. This will make it easy to know if the image is in the list already.
Sometimes I call images 'image1.png' and 'image2.png' and I am not sure if I have the image I want already included and a thumbnail image when I hover it will help.
I know I should give the image a better name but sometimes I add images just for testing etc.
