Designer Layout file can't be removed/deleted

The IDE complains at app load if a .bal file is missing and will not compile.
There does not appear to be any way to delete an unwanted .bal file.

That happens when you delete the file manually and not from the IDE, to fix it, you will have to manually edit the ".b4a" file using a text editor such as Notepad and remove the reference to the missing file.

In 2.52 I am able to delete the referenced .bal from the Files tab, save, and then reload B4A.

It then works.

You should go to the Files tab and delete the reference to this file.
