iOS Question Designer layout 'Main' file

I created an app and the designer layout file I named 'Main'. It had a button and a label.

I then created a new project, saved it, and in it's designer I created a button and saved it as 'Main' and I got a dialog asking to overwrite the file. I assumed that B4i would keep the layout files separate but it didn't and I ended up overwriting that first 'Main' file.

So to understand how I should be naming my designer layout files, they all should have names relating to their associated project name so as to keep them all separate?

No. You need to save each project in its own folder.
