Android Question Developement on Windows Tablet

Is there any reason why I could not develops Basic4android applications on a windows tablet? Just want to be sure before I invest in one.

Windows Tablets usually run a cut down version of Windows 8, called Windows 8 RT, which will cause you problems.

If you can find a tablet with full Windows then you shouldn't really have a problem.
