Android Question Device not getting GCM message

Hi

I have galaxy with 2.3.5 which is not getting GCM
other devices are getting
this device does not have SIM

do I need special permission or something checked on this device

I also have galaxy s1 with 2.3.3 + sim and there it is working ok

Was the device registered to the GCM service successfully?

It seems that there was issue with the google account
after factory default and creating new account issue resolved
