(COMPLETED) Dialer App

Hi All,

I need an app put together which checks that it is the Default Dialer and launches the Setting if it is not.

For handling any incoming calls, etc, that it may need to it can pass them to a service. Incoming calls should be hung up automatically.

I know that this will not really 'do' anything. But I am needing to completely intercept all call functions.
