Doubt about assets license terms

May sound really trivial, but I have this doubt:

I plan to publish a simple game with ads. In it, I am using some assets that I found in Internet, and their license states:

free for non-commercial use.
CC Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 4.0

Is it right assuming that, as I am not selling the game (will be free but as said before, with ads), which includes the assets, everything is right? Or, on the contrary, if I plan to earn, even if it is one single cent with the ads, I am not meeting the license terms?

Any input is welcome :)

It is all about the diffuse lawyer jargon,

it is like a bait, they are waiting for a fish to bite the bait, when the fish is big and juice enough, they will beat it till death.

So even when your revenue does not come directly from using that particular asset, if you are a business "hence looking for profits" you can still be sued.

It seems quite clear then. Thanks to both! :)

The funny thing about it is that paid assets similar to the one I was looking for, are of the same quality (some of them lower). So I would still choose that one if there was a commercial license for it.

Thanks again!
