Android Question DXF Import

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone can shed some light on how I would be able to 'Import' data from an existing DXF file (max / min, coordinates, etc.).
The ultimate goal is to draw the coordinates on a panel, modify and save as a new DXF. This is a pseudo CAD attempt.

According to the Wikipedia article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AutoCAD_DXF there are several kinds of formats. Some of the formats can be parsed more easily.
