Bug? Error in Editor (b4i 4.8)

In command help I click on Copy and get an error message

Based on the error message it failed to open the clipboard. There is probably another program running that locks the clipboard. A remote desktop for example.

copy to the clipboard is made, but this error appears.
snagit is installed.
