Error with Optimized Compilation and SQLite

Hello all together,
does anybody know the actual configuration, to compile an SQLite-program in Optimized Compilaton-Mode?
I think it has something to do with System.Data.SQLite.DLL.

I've tested it with rather every combination of Desktop- or Device-Versions and path but always this Error-message appeared:

I've found the error, it was a rudiment from a former version.
