Android Question Event USB Card Reader

Is it possible to create a service that transmit USB card reader card
The service will not pop the card can be transferred to any text field on a tablet?

I dont think that this is possible
Do the cardreader expose any API to communicate with the keyboard? Maybe you need to wrap the api (if there is one) into a b4a-library to do so.
