Android Question execute Rdc on Android, maybe this is the solution!

Hi, I found this apk that promise to let run Java application on Android devices, maybe is it possible to run Rdc server on a tablet?

Midlets are for j2me as far as I remember.
Still, why not building an android server based on sqlite from scratch? Did it in the past, was not that difficult.
