Android Question expected 7571000 but found 8115000

Hello

I have updated my google play services via sdk manager to latest ( version 27 ) but i am getting an error in my app altough i have pointed to latest googleplayservices via additionalres it says that androidmanifest.xml does not have the right value. how can i fix it ?

Sorry I forgot to copy the jar to libraries.
