iOS Question FCM with local build

I have an Apple Developer Account and a local iMac.

Is it possible to build an app with FCM notifications using a local build and B4I (to deploy on a physical iPhone since I understood notifications are not working on the emulator) ? Notifications require a NON-wildcard certificate.

If the answer is Yes I can continue and try to get it working
