Android Question FIREBASE Push Topic

I have try to SubscribeToTopic("mike") on 2 devices with the same application
but i send a push with panel using a topic, i receive the push only on the last device.

a year ago with this thread i have verify and worked fine.

if token changed for google policy and i don't run the application for refresh topic with new token
firebase manage this case and push to new token?

from firebase panel the topic is available about 24h after the subscribtion
is it the same with api rest for send push?

It can last up to 24h, yes. But usually it is much faster.

Though it is not recommended to use the Firebase console to send pushes
