i was happy when known jserial library come out!!
last days i am searching a way to bypass needed utilities-drivers (have big cost per seat every time) of retail pos/fiscal printers (in those you can send a text file to their directory and redirect with mystical way to serial port).
So i ve found a very good tool that sniff usb ports (also virtual com ports if goes at usb):

...I ve decided to use hyperterminal first... to see what command needing to send... but until today didn't find way to communicate...
Anyone have anything or tried ever to print at Fiscal POS without Driver/utility ?
