There is any way to work with this Flexible Table (https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/class-flexible-table.30649/) directly with mysql.
My app will only work online without saving data in the mobile.

Directly no.
In the first post you find a routine using the Remote Database Connector under Load data with the Remote Database Connector.
I think that this one should do what you need. Add it to the class code.
You should also have a look at THIS.
