Android Question Fm Radio Tuner app

Hello I'm interested in creating an FM radio tuner app that doesn't require internet. I've seen apps that can use the headphones as an antenna to get a signal. The pre-installed radio app on my Xperia M2 can do it. How could I do that with B4A ? Is there a library for that?

Such applications are tied to the specific hardware, you cannot write apps like that with just a library.
