when returning the country (last night) to level 3 restrictions from level 1 the president confirmed that :

We are part of the first group of countries that will receive an allocation of vaccines from COVAX. We have been advised that we should expect the vaccines in the second quarter of 2021.

though negotiations are ongoing with manufacturers which would be at a "regular" price per dose one supposes; which may bring interim introductions.

I went for a rapid Antigen test on Monday and tested negative. Today starts Movement Control Order (MCO) 2.0 for some red zone states as the number of cases keep increasing with 4 figures.

I have to say: here Pfizer failed to fulfill the contract and provided 30% fewer vaccines. This prevents vaccination and even more so the second dose.
