Android Question FTP over a cellular network

The FTP commands in the NET library work good , but it doesn't recognize cellular data . What do you have to do to get it to work on a cellular network as well.

Elaborate. How, in your case, does the library not recognize cellular data?

Well ,that the strangest thing , yesterday when it was on Cellular data the program just timed out with a socket error , even though the same cell worked on a app like AndFTP , but I just tried it and now it works.
