Android Question Google Speech Recognition API broken on Android 4 devices

    Since a couple of days the three speech recognition libraries in the forum (by Vpires, Stevel05 and XverhelstX) seem to no longer work with Android version 4!

    For years I have been successfully using these libraries. Now the only library that still works is the standard B4A VR library.

    Apparently Google has made changes such that their speech recognition API now is broken.
    The strange thing is that the RMS event is still working (showing microphone activity) but the OnResults and OnPartialResults events do not occur so no recognized text results are shown.

    Has anyone else noticed this and is there maybe a work-around?

    I have a Samsung tablet running 2.3.4 (I use it to display my twitter feed all day long beside my monitor) and the "Google Voice Search" app (google's own app) started giving a "Connection Error" about a week ago.

    So, it looks like google deprecated some API's.
