I did not often use GPS but i would rate it 8-9 on my Galaxy Note 3

Make sure to test the GPS outdoors. I don't remember seeing any device with a non-functional GPS. This is a very basic feature.

i5800 it works well if I put it outside in airplane mode 10 minutes before my cycle trip.
Without airplane mode it doesn't seem to work even when waiting half an hour or so, weird stuff.

it takes ages to get a gps fix especially when cloudy.

the Gio (from work) seems to find a fix a lot faster tho.

Yes, I did also tests outdoors.

I hope it is my device, but since the manufacturer has not responded to my letter, I suppose that the model is flawed.

I didn't find any problem with all my cellphones (stolen or survived)
currently: MetroPCS, Samsung SGH-T599N
Chinese have very good phones, but some of them are a pain in the neck.. so be careful when buying.

Nexus 5 and Nexus 7, all good here even with my own apps. GPS works perfect outside and even in the middle of my lounge 10/10.
