HELP! Can B4A run on Windows8?

I am in the mall now and want to buy the new Samsong Tablet PC running
Windows 8. Not sure if B4A will run there and need help from someone who had
similar experience.

I think B4A will run on Windows 8 PC not RT.

That is correct. Windows 8 is supported. Windows RT (which only runs "metro" applications) is not supported.
