Help! My new HTC-one-A9 no longer boot.

Hi guys,

my new HTC-one-A9 depends yesterday in bootload loop and does not start up.
Is there a possibility of the internal data to come and secure?

Yes.
It takes only a red warning triangle and goes no further.

Can I then secure from the "recovery mode" my data?

You can try a solution such as suggested here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2339530 (I never tried it myself).

With the tool "Recover Data (2.0) .exe" I copy just everything on my PC.
